- We offer immortelle hydrosol in the packaging of 100 ml, 300 ml and 500 ml.
- We offer immortelle essential oil in the packaging of 4 ml.

Currently, you can only buy our products through our website. In the future, we hope to have partner stores around the world.
All our essential oils have undergone GC analysis. On the packaging of essential oils you can find the lot number through which you can find the exact chemical composition of the essential oil.
The hydrolates have passed many rigorous tests in order to be registered as a cosmetic product. Our hydrolates have also been dermatologically tested and have been included in the CPMP database of European cosmetic products.
Our sage tea was also tested at the Department of Public Health and the tea was approved as a healthy food product.

Products can be ordered through the web shop – simply put your product in the basket and follow the instructions for payment. You can make a purchase as a guest or register on our website and also acquire additional benefits.

Fast shipping time:
Orders received on weekdays till 11 o’clock (CET – Time zone) will be sent the same day.
Orders received on weekdays after 11 o’clock (CET – Time zone) will be sent the next working day.
Orders received on Friday after 11 o’clock (CET – Time zone) or during the weekend will be sent on Monday.
For EU economy delivery in most cases we use the most cost efficient courier (road delivery).
For EU express delivery or outside of EU and worldwide delivery we use DHL Express courier service (air delivery).
For EU economy shipping you can expect delivery within 2-7 business days.
For EU express shipping (DHL) you can expect delivery within 1-2 business days.
For express worldwide shipping (DHL) you can expect delivery within 1-3 business days.
When ordering, you leave your e-mail and mobile phone number so that you can receive a notification about the current status of the package.
Shipping cost depends of amount you spend on your order. The more you buy the less you pay for delivery. Free delivery starts on orders from € 100+ for EU economy to € 150+ for Express delivery.

The SALVIA Loyalty program is a loyalty program for regular customers of our natural products. It enables the realization of special prices and discounts on our products depending on the customer’s consumption. Customers who have spent a larger amount get bigger discounts. All customers who create an account on the salvia.bio web store are entitled to the Loyalty program. Registration is free, and you can do it on the “My account” link.
Within your account, you can check all the total consumption in the last year and also have an overview of all the orders you have made so far.
Regardless of whether you check your status or not, you can perform the purchase process on the web store as before, and the system will automatically calculate the Loyalty discount you have earned and determine the price of the product based on it.
No, the Loyalty discount is not based on any points but on the amount you have spent on our web store in the last 12 months.
Log in to your SALVIA account. Then take a look at our products. The system will show you the final price of the product depending on your Loyalty discount. Add the product to the cart and continue with the shopping process. If you have filled in the shipping information within your account, the information will be filled in automatically on the billing page so you don’t need to re-enter it.
We currently have 3 possible payment options:
- PayPal – Instant payment – It is not necessary to have a PayPal account. If you don’t have a PayPal account, all you need is a credit or debit card.
- Revolut – Instant payment – If you have a Revolute account this is the easiest and fastest way to pay.
- Bank wire – Standard payment through a bank. (Available only for payments from the EU).You will receive all the necessary payment instructions by email. In order to process order paid in this way, we usually have to wait 2-3 working days for the money to sit in our account.
Payment is 100% secure because we do not have information about your cards.
- PayPal is the world’s leading online payment company. It guarantees its customers a safe, risk-free purchase.
- Revolut is a legitimate company and a secure option to send money abroad.
Theirs card payments are protected from fraud, loss and theft under the scheme rules for Visa or MasterCard.

We care exceptionally about the satisfaction of each of our customers and therefore we have created satisfaction guarantee. Try our product for 60 days – with no risk! If you are not satisfied with the product, return it to us within 60 days and we will pay in your account 100% of the price of the product!
Please fill out a short survey here. After that, you will receive instructions by email to know to which address you need to send the product. Once we receive your package, we will process your request and pay you back the amount of product price.
Note: then you lose the right to re-order our products.
Due to legal procedures we must have proof of dissatisfaction in order to be able to get your money back.
So send us back the product only if you are not satisfied, and this serves as a proof of discontent. After we receive the product back we will make a payment to your account the same way the product was paid for.
